Dancing With My Own Shadow
Me...a man abandoned by friends and foe
I enjoyed dance with my own shadow
He harmonised each steps with mine
Celebration gone wild, with sunshine.
He accompanied me, to drink tears of wine.
Together we sang the saddest song of thine.
Swaying with me, displaying joy
Perceiving pain of melancholy cry.
He is not like others, who left me in the end
Will carry his promise until his existence ends.
My loneliness drives me to find him as my soul
He will be there, wherever I go, as his own goal.
A search of faithfulness ends along with him
No one is trustworthy, like fake tearful scream.
He lives a life according to my expectations
As beats of heart, without any objection.

I would like to translate this poem
Instead of escaping the torment of being alone, only with one's shadow, you have embraced the companionship in a poignant way. A masterful depiction, indeed! PEACE, fellow poet.. I too, have danced in the company of my shadow and know all too well the emotion.
