πŸ’ƒ Dance No More. Poem by Zeh SheZ

πŸ’ƒ Dance No More.

It Takes Two...

When you think it's timeΒ
for your pain to name,
for someone to blame, and shame;
when you think you were hard done by;
heart breaking and soul downcast,
remember it takes two.

Tango cannot be done
by one person alone.
To end the deadly dance, Β
be sure that you be scarce.
and end that deadly trance;
a toxic mindless dance;
For it truly takes two
for this tango to do.

We cannot willingly partake in a relationship that causes us pain, and then turn around and blame the other person for our suffering.
