This one reminds me of an old childhood game of picking the petals off the daisy 'she loves me, she loves me not; she loves me, she loves me not'. Perhaps it's the title. Yes, the metaphor of nature serves the poet well and this piece demonstrates that fact. I also like the authority you demand of your 'flower'. love, Allie xxxx
