Daddy-Less Poem by michael Smajda

Daddy-Less

Rating: 5.0

My daddy didn't come home for supper.
My daddy didn't come home at all.
The last time I saw my daddy,
Was a day, I still can recall.

All I know mommy and daddy argued
About things I didn't understand.
My daddy has been gone forever.
I've no daddy to, again, hold my hand.
