D Feminine Poem by James Haedle

D Feminine

Rating: 5.0

All my life I have marveled at the beauty of the woman
The incredible little details that describe this gender
The soft voice, the alluring eyes, & gentle nature

Everytime I meet a woman that catches my eye
I can't help but start to imagine a future with her
& there's no end to the amount of ladies who take my breadth away

Time and time again, I sigh because I will never have her
She must be out of my league or belong to another
Yet I wonder what the universe has in store for me

Will I be satisfied when I find the one
Or wander around searching for two in the bush
I long to love and be loved, to be loyal and honest for the rest of my days

But everytime I step out, I am lost in the world
What If a woman truly knows the power she holds
Maybe then she will realise, she is what makes the world Go round

In my next life I wish to still be a man
Because beauty is in the eye of the beholder
& to worship her forever is a life fulfilled

So I thank the creator for every woman in my life
My mother, my sisters, my friends and one day my daughter
For without you my life would have no meaning

Long Live my Queen!

COMMENTS OF THE POEM

Good poem. But you could stay away from the mesogynic expressions like "..have her" and " belong to another"… four stars is what I give
