wow...intense writting...but never good to hold such ideas and tendencies...but it is your feelings coming out.... ~^..^

I want to encourage you to continue expressing these emotions that tend to overwhelm the spirit. I live with both emotional and physical scars from a time when I used negative methods to cover up my feelings. When I look back those times were fleeting although intense.
