INTRODUCTION
In every civilized nation, the courts are revered as the custodians of justice, entrusted with the sacred task of upholding the rule of law.
Yet, no institution built by human hands can claim perfection, for its keepers are as mortal as those they judge.
Today, the judiciary faces growing scrutiny.
It becomes imperative to reflect on its solemn role, not merely as an enforcer of laws, but as the backbone of social order and national integrity.
When justice falters, the fabric of a nation begins to fray.
CUSTODIANS OF JUSTICE
Beneath the scales, the courts now stand,
A guardian's role in a trembling land.
Yet, questions arise in the public's gaze:
Can courts be perfect in all their ways?
Machines may tick with watertight grace,
But judges are bound to the human race.
Infallible they are not, we know,
Frailty and flaws, their wisdom may show.
If politics meddle, or bribery stains,
The sanctity falters, justice wanes.
Yet courts must devise, with solemn care,
Self-correcting ways to stay pure and fair.
Contempt's shield held firm in righteous pride,
To keep justice clear, with nothing to hide.
For the rule of law, impartial and strong,
Knows no bias, it right every wrong.
Should this pillar falter, equality dies,
And chaos may reign where order lies.
Without its grace, the people may fall,
For the law is the refuge that shelters us all.
Oh, India's courts, famed through the years,
With landmark judgments and bold frontiers.
From activism's fire to nationalism's need,
Stand tall, our guardians, in word and deed.
For too much blood has this land seen,
By betrayal's hand and traitors' schemes.
Let history's shadows not darken today,
Keep justice steadfast, come what may.
CLOSING REFLECTIONS
A vigilant judiciary is the shield that guards a nation from descending into disorder.
While judges may be human, the system they serve must strive toward self-correction, clarity, and courage.
In these times, when national interest often wrestles with individual motives.
The courts must rise beyond procedural confines, embracing a deeper judicial nationalism.
For when the courts stand tall, the nation stands secure.
When justice is unshaken, the future is unbroken.
