Culture Vs Mal-Culture Comments

I'm not certain if I fully understood this poem. It sounds like it could be about polygamy and/or incest. If so, then the last stanza is out of character. There is nothing ill or wrong about a widow (er) remarrying. Muzahidul, please enlighten me Thank you.

Partner is necessary in this world Known to many and many not, This knowledge does single When problems are in plural; ~ written good; yeah; I think so~
