Cruelty Of Death Poem by Sudipta Bhattacharyya

Cruelty Of Death

Rating: 5.0

Lying on bed, my mind is vacant
As the lonelydesert without an oasis.
My dearest moon is now pale
Like my deserted heart.
All the streets are now deserted.
Once the serene night dark
Calls my Inner soul to speak.
The Stars frown at me.
Ears hear The Silence' sound
I cann't converse with Brain
It's not in my Control
I try, again try, in vain.
To utter a single word.
I whispers to my Lord in vain.
Death is so cruel, never before I knew.
