I agree with Dave Walkers comment completely; and would add get your energy, and your release from writing (as you have so well done here) , put it all into your words, you will become much stronger for it, and you will find many readers out here who will love it, thereby realizing you truly are not alone. A very very strong poem. The thing about cutting Is that it is short lived. If people did an hour on The punch bag, they would get the same feeling And it would last a lot longer. A truly great poem About something most people could never understand. A great write.
