This reads so smoothly and slowly with a hush that makes it so easy to accept the painful consequence of what transpires.
She slipped away as softly as a sigh. This is such a tender poem Laurie. The things one may remember about a moment such as this, like the hush of birdsong and glow of a crecent moon.She lays the keys on the shelf. she touches his cheek. YOu have such a gift but it is merely your lovely soul making its way through words to touch the world. As always you have my high regard for your work. Susan
