Creaking Window Poem by Emmanuel George Cefai

Creaking Window

The creaking window
In
The dilapidated
House
Clanked
And
Clanked.

A violin
Was heard
To play
On wild nights
In that vacant
House of cobwebs

Night walks over
The house
Tiptoeing on
The roof, half-falling.
