Let us hope the menace should end soon. It has built walls between humans. Father's can't reach sons, lovers can't meet lovers, and so on. But we have to pbey the rule of social distancing till an effecting vaccine is not found. Nice write. Thanks for sharing.

@Anil Kumar Panda, 'It has built walls between humans' - you have rightly said so. Now, after about ten months of its appearance, Covid-19 seems to have come to stay, at least for several more years, and we've got to learn to live with it. The 'Locked down' state has had colossal effects on the economy of most of the countries already, the full picture is yet to emerge. Thanks for reading the poem, and obliging me with a thoughtful comment.

This decease has no prejudice. The one true goodness from this is, no one is rushing, peace has regained its rightful place....for now

A very realistic narrative, stark as the virus is. But let us hope this too shall pass.

@Aniruddha Pathak, 'But let us hope this too shall pass' - hope so, but it seems it will pass only after taking a sizeable toll. Thanks, dear poet, for visiting my page and leaving a kind comment.

What a realistic portrayal of the present frightful scenario. Yes, Corona makes no discrimination.....! No one is spared. Anyone can fall its prey anytime. So, remaining cautious inside home is the only antidote to this deadly virus!

High and low and rich and poor all have become equal during this period. Corona Virus has provoked thought and all of us have come into danger. Now we are in complete Lock-Down. Corona has put us in many troubles. We should be very cautious and fight against this virus. We offer prayer before God to help us. This is an amazing poem very brilliantly penned.10

@Kumarmani Mahakul, You have rightly said that Corona Virus makes no distinction between the rich and the poor. It now seems that the virus has come to stay, it won't go away easily. So, we have to learn to live with it, with adequate preventive measures, particularly for the vulnerable, elderly members of the society. Much inspired by your thoughtful comment and generous rating.
