If happiness is found in amassing wealth it is not generally divine.Real happiness lies in love, compassion, humility kindness and integrity.A poem of always.
Let me admit that I have not read such a powerful poem with a deep philosophical content with a message 'to protect your inner harmony from sin.... Find your shield in the light of the soul.' Thanks. Our conscience.... Like an old fragile pilgrim, Is in search of the holy land within mankind's soul, real happiness is.... - Love, compassion, humility, kindness and integrity
With due respect, Sir Rajnish... The soul is different from spirit as they both differ from the body (I Thes.5: 23) . The body and soul both die (Job 14: 10; Ezek.18: 4) while the spirit goes back to God after death (Eccl.12: 7) .... Thanks for the friendly exchange of thoughts on the issue.... death (Eccl.12: 7) ...
Love, compassion, humility, kindness, and integrity are dependent on the relationships we have. Sometimes, it is hard to love the enemy while being a believer in God. What really means to be an enemy of a believer in God, of God Himself? It means to live in darkness, to be blind, to be ill, not to know how it is to live without other enemies. All these enemies need that Light coming from God and need His love. More exactly, these enemies have a desire TO love and to understand why it is not healthy to live while being surrounded by hate and with hate within. For this purpose, they must learn to love, to be compassionate, to be humble and kind in their integrity. Excellent poem. God bless. Voted 10.
real happiness is hidden in the paradise oasis of inner harmony. - Love, compassion, humility, kindess and integrity shield in the light of the soul.' very very true the soul is eternal because it is the abode of the eternal God..... very nice poem . you are a very religious poet..... i liked it very much dear poet. tony
With due respect, Walter, the soul is not eternal but it dies (Ezekiel 18: 4) ....
The invisible Self (Atma, Atman, the soul, spirit, the life-force) is eternal. The visible physical body is transitory, and it undergoes changes. The reality of these two is indeed certainly seen by the seer of the truth who knows that we are not this body, but the Atma. (Srimad-bhagwat-Gita 2.16)
(If you want to protect your inner harmony from sin, From the other dark self, Find your shield in the light of the soul.) Another deep and beautiful poem.
