Connections Hidden Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Connections Hidden

Racing quickly into daylight, looking forward to the events
of a brand new day, thinking through everything piece by
piece, not finding any connection at times.

It all seems hidden in past shadows that don't like to appear
in the light provided by the Divine above, life revolving,
never stopping to rely on reminders of yesterday.

Moving forward without asking questions anymore, for the an-
swers have been hidden way too well, expressing their feelings
are the only truths that seem to escape from those past shadows.

They're only reminders that we still have things to go through
yet before our own demise in this temporary world of ours and
there's so little time in the end.
