Confessions Poem by Petra Novakova

Confessions

You make me want to moonwalk across the starry sky
To fly away into the night and break the speed of light

Your naked body, a living breathing map of all my sins
Each dark mole a safe harbor in the expanse of your skin
The gentle rise and fall of your chest, the way you feel
Trusting and eager for my touch, impatient for every bite
The inviting slope of your soft cheeks oh so very tempting

Passion has shaped our once lonely souls into light
Our hearts now beat to the hum of the universe itself
Rings of faraway planets still, silent witnesses of love
Strangers we are no more but lovers wedded in space
