In Andhra they make hundred and one types pickles. Each one yummier that the other. Flavoured by mangoes to tomatoes to gonghuuras.. All of them red red red reddy hot by the red red red chillies… (hope my Reddy friends forgive the pun) …
You're making me hungry. I really appreciate you sharing this info. One of the great benefits of living in Toronto is that you can buy food from all over the world. Will try them pickles.
In India we make pickles really hot. Either by red chillies of Andhra or the peppers from Kerala.

In Toronto, you may find lot of Indian restaurants run by Sardarjis. Their preparations may be quite spicy, but not very pungent. You would definitely like them. If you are, but, interested in really hot pickles, try looking out for an Andhra restaurant. Bon appetite.
