The poem has a nice flow. A good concept. An idle man's brain may be frozen but it amounts to a mind that is likened to a monkey which is drunken, has been bitten by a scorpion and is also lunatic. It has no cognitive power. So, the proverb has its force. See, people do not properly know how to tame their mind and recover from their boredom. Mismanagement of time leads to boredom. Mismanagement of mind leads to all evil thoughts.

A good concept. The devil's workshop is an idle mind. A good write.
