2 - st.4 but WHO is the 'know-it-all' who decides WHAT are 'ethical principles'? ? Ok, you don't want to compromise your personal 'rules', but it could bring trouble to you. You know that, i think! A few times i believe I've compromised for good reason. I've heard it said that " Rules are made to be broken." Probably some criminal said it. bri ;)

1 - " An enemy of an enemy, Becomes an ally, To win the war, " yes, i think it is true at times, but sometimes it is due, i think, to selfishness or self-defense or that one becomes an ally. st.3 re " adverse relations" somewhat sad & somewhat commendable (cont.)

A wonderful poem crafted by a great Poet and a man of great character. I concur with your philosophy and great thoughts. A powerful write well expressed.

We cannot keep changing the spellings of words until they no longer mean what they pretend to mean.

A brilliant piece intelligently penned. There are things that are subject for compromise and beyond the area of settlement. I subscribe to your wisdom that ethics will never be in the purview of compromise because our moral principles are the core of our being. To do so, we will sacrifice the very essence of life which is our honor. A magnificent poem.10

They have lost values, hopes and purposes of life, only they live for the sake of living Just to respect the culture. Haven’t they already lost peace of life? What is there to stay under the same roof inside a hot room? ? But we do we do by severely punishing each other in the name of a compromise! I appreciate what you have expressed in the last stanza! i don't understand the second line: A word widely misspelled, Dictionary adds and justifies, .......hmmm? the word compromises? what is adding, what justified? Nothing to shy................i can't decide if i want to leave it to or make it too. i'd have to know your thoughts to decide. favorite stanza: A couple having adverse relations, Live together and pass the life. Just for their coming generations, A good husband and a wife..................sometimes i feel it is better to split up. but both parents should still care for the children if possible. and let's have more birth control! ! that my first marriage ended (with one young child) i believe was better than staying with my wife. i think it worked pretty well. i had a vasectomy a few months after my only child was born and say Amen! to my decision. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - But a compromise on ethics, Has no excuse. sometimes compromise is the only thing which helps us to sustain

People do compromise and adjust to have a peaceful existence but compromising with ethics and our values would never give our soul and mind any peace. A great truth brought forth in the most brilliant manner.
