K-eep composed throughout the ordeal,
A-im not to be disturbed;
T-heses days life is hard,
E-vade the thought of being perturbed.
B-e cool, calm, and collected,
A-im to be placid and tranquil;
S-tay smooth and sedate,
C-omposed throughout the
O-rdeal.
