Noyes' last poem, " Ballade of the Breaking Shell" , was written in May 1958, one month before his death. He died at the age of 77, and is buried in the Roman Catholic cemetery at Freshwater, Isle of Wight.This is in his BIO last part. Excellent poem have I read here, Congratulations on being chosen as The Classic Poem Of The Day, my felicitations go to the family of the late Classic poet. Rest In Peace dear poet.
