Come With Me Poem by avery watts

Come With Me

Come meet with me and be my star
That gleaming light so very far
Where crescent moons and all alike
Shall align with the cosmic night

We will explore the galaxies
Till flames of the nova we see
And hear a lovely melody
Of all the cosmos legacy

And I will give a golden crown
Along side a solar gown
To end with torrid sandals
All from the almighty candle

As we swim through the clear night sky
Till heaven ends and breaks all ties
Lonesome dove in the wishing pond
Raise all hope for what lies beyond

For a child lost in my dreams
To have such beauty is the theme
From earth you appear so far
All is possible for my star
