Come To Me Naked (Edited Version) Poem by Arun Maji

Come To Me Naked (Edited Version)

Come to me naked, purely naked.
I love you as you are.
A beauty without any wear.

I love to see river as river,
flower as flower, water as water.
they all beautiful as they are.

If not naked,
I must undress you layer by layer.
Deep beyond your skin and fur,
deep beyond your fruit and flower,
deep beyond your hum and whisper.
I must dig deeper, far deeper.

Human is beautiful when naked, peaceful when naked, truthful when naked.
Human is ugly in his cover.
Human hides fear in fur, wound in flower.

You are beautiful as you are.
You have same heart as river,
same soul as our Father.
You must be just you-
without any crown or wear, skin or fur, fragrance or flower.
You arealluring
even without jewel or painting.
You are sweet
even without singing or dancing.

O my love, come to me naked.
Beautifully naked, supremely naked,
consciously naked, wisely naked.

Daughter of earth, a naked beauty you are.
you are divinely naked, sagely naked, sagaciously naked.
A truly naked beauty you are.
If none of your kin wears any vesture,
then, why you want a wear?

O love,
never come to me dressed in wear.
Else, I must undress you
cover by cover, layer by layer.
