Come To Crimdon Dene Poem by DM W

Come To Crimdon Dene

Rating: 4.5

Come to Crimdon Dene
And see the rarest sea birds.
You can walk among
Lyme grass and gaze longingly
At the sheer beauty
Of flowers like fairy flax
Or perhaps, purple milk vetch
And the bright yellow
Glow of the common rock rose.
In sprawling rock pools,
Discover periwinkles and
Dog whelks, starfish and limpets.
Come to Crimdon Dene
And feast on Nature's bounty!

It is a nature-poem, and it has its good lines. The picture painted is easy to bring to mind, but I`ve never heard of the place. It gave me a good reading.
