Come Home Poem by Gio Masserati

Come Home

Babe,
I was already writing vows
A blizzard came and went
Then I went...so blue, withering
There's stillness always now
There is a peaceful lull
Continuing on, after the storm
Soul lullibyes

Peace says of soul
I want to feel your voice
Hear in song
My voice I give you, here,
I send vibrations to you
In the winds blow
I long to hear you
Your poetic sigh, .
Far and wide I feel
Connected with you, still

Be near to me
By each other's side
Deep within, hear?
Heart's calling you
Come home!

I need your spirit near
As your body will follow

In the cool essence
Of a midsomber night
Remember me
In wake and sleep
Calling you

Come to me
Come here
O Ye! ...
Come home
Come home
Come home
