Colourful Pieces Of Memory Poem by prasanna kumari

Colourful Pieces Of Memory

To thaw the frozen memory
I search for colours with my azure eyes
the Auburn hiding my seductive smile
the orange glow with the pearls of my childhood
turquoise so deep with empathy and compassion
mauve and beige trying to make my depression festive
Oh Cyan, why do you hold on to so much affection
Oh Colours, release them all to make my memory colourful
