Sometimes when we write we fall into a pattern of keeping things nice and light and uncomplicated because we think that anything darker and more complex might confound, confuse or complicate our enjoyment of reading it..but the dark sometimes DOES need to come out…. and I am so pleased that you enjoyed reading it and really value and appreciate your positive comments- Thank you so much. Deliciously dark and wicked so beautifully written. I relish and revel in a good dark poem. And this is more than good Elizabeth it's a bad habit that you can't resist. Temptation of the purest form. Thank you for sharing this.10+++ and added to my fathomless black dark poem chest. And added you to my favourite poets list. Thanks again.
