Queued up from morning till eve, in thousands
To witness scars and scratches preserved on wall mass
Listen to echoed screams of their ancestors
And sniff the blood and sweat of heroic fighters
Just before the demolition of the prison, I can imagine how people queued up to cast a last look on the place where their war heroes and national leaders have been oppressed and tortured by foreign imperialists! Great write!
