Cloak-And-Dagger! Solo Digger With A Dagger Digs A Dingle In Jungle! Comments

Rating: 4.0

Traveling in the jungle, I met a solo ghost changing his shape
as a narcissist, pillarist, eremite and anchorite - is mordacious;
with forms Crackpot, cloistered monk, closet cynic, he's horrendous!
Solo ghost is an universal host and a black spot of lonely landscape.

Loneliness is killing.You need Ahorn syrup to kill it completely...it resembles the leaves of the flag of Canada though am not sure if Ahorn trees are best grown there in so much coldness.Loneliness is also one.But summer will come with a sunshine.Nothing is permanent.Love is not a seedless raisin.True love will come to sow its seeds for your loneliness also.Wait for your chance to ferment the grape to kiss angels before you meet demons.. I wrung my hands beneath my veil... 'Why are you so pale today? ' - Because I forced him to get drunk On sorrow's sour wine. How can I forget? He lurched outside, His mouth was twisted up in pain... Not touching the banister, I ran down, I ran after him to the gate. Gasping, I cried: 'It was but a joke All of it. If you should leave, I'd die.' He smiled a calm and horrible smile And said: 'Don't stand out in the wind.' Anna Akhmatova, Kiev, Ukraine 1911 Soviet Union.........that was love and feelings of a true woman 100 years back....translated though into english from original Russian slavic scripts.... i hope you will avail the chance..

Truly beautiful. I cannot believe I haven't read this one before! It is echoing my life, that's why I was avoiding your poetry. It hurts reading about your own loneliness through somebody else's handwriting. The verses starting with single man, are so great that I want to copy it, using the title single woman. Harry, I find your poetry inspiring. It's really beautiful, just like your soul...

'Everybody deserted me; I’m friendless with my co brother aloneness; One moonless day, walked arm in arm in our farm – I and aloneness! ' Your words paint very vivid imagery, its a tantalizing sight, great work here. :)
