We need an expert admin,
We failed to get since 1947,
We failed to see equality,
We failed to see liberty,
We failed to see fraternality,
We failed to see justice,
Due to the grave mistakes in admin,
Let the experts may manage us,
Let the experts may offer solutions,
Let them replace all IAS in India,
To have a fair style of the free state,
And to know the goodness of the free state.
