Woman too needs to know and value
Evaluating her own strength and clout
If she dares say, yes or no, right or wrong
Peer pressure or no pressure at all.

Only then man-world has to re-think
Several times before her tease-
Equally to educate and treat her with
Both the boys and girls, no less than equal.

Just, she needs to come out in the open
Be it a work place or home there and then
Everyone has to re-schedule and re-program
As compared to before, the social system
And its thinking is also becoming better.

As an inspiration or a reminder
No mountain is too high to climb
No goal so hard that can't be attained
Woman, if goes on her own civil route.
