A beautiful comparative study of rural and urban lives. A difficult topic but the poetess has nicely managed it.
Hey! This is so creative. I like this poem so much. Thanks for sharing.
In empty road and empty life still city light pour rays to live with great attitude in understanding life. Marvellous work shared on. Each line presents the reality about life and really beautiful poem.
Sounds like this girl got the life she wanted but maybe a little earlier than she wanted it all. Someone who loves the present but lives in the past from time to time. At least through it all she got one handsome husband who she loves dearly. Nice piece.
Hazel is surely back with her thrilling themes and unique style of writing. This is surely a powerful poem which seeks to capture the uncertainty and unpredictable nature of human life. Nothing is beyond possibility, anything can happen. Lets live a room in our hearts for the unimaginable......great write....well done!
A great write with a lovely lessons of patience and agreeing with the given condition, dreaming a better life. .......... To embrace the dawn of living,
The city lights have never been A part of this boy's social scene. There never was a better life For children of a farmer's wife. Ha ha. Is this about you? Had you down a rural lass.
This is about striking a balance between rural and urban life when one has adopted and loved some sort of life and at the same time wishing to have charms of missing life is like running after a mirage and ending up in having grief and regrets only......so there is a need of striking a balance in between.....amazing write....10/10
A woman used to the glitz and dazzle of city life is made to embrace a rural life with a hardworking farmer, so simple and pure of heart, full of love! Though she enjoys her man's love and concern, she misses her former life of city splendour! Sometimes we have to make compromises in life....! . We cannot have the cake and eat it too! Great write!
A great poem, sometimes we think we are missing out when the partying stops but sometimes normal life can save our life, if you can get a balance between the two then you can have the best of both worlds, but you must really except change for it to work.
A brilliant work on love and pain, city life and rural life has been made astutely. Touching expression. Nice penmanship. I appreciate the way of presentation. Thank you dear madam for sharing with us.10
