Cinderella Poem by Leanna Page Markgraf

Cinderella

Cinderella dressed in yellow
went upstairs to find her fella.
She made a mistake,
found out he's just a snake,
She had more than just her glass slipper break.

The problem with the prince was
He was too good to be true.
How can he forget her face
that he had to rely on a shoe?

But he came in with his charm,
that's part of his name.
Cinderella made her choice,
her life will never be the same.

She is now his
and she is now royal.
But a man like the prince
had a hard time staying loyal.

Now she's in the castle all alone
thinking to herself what a disaster.
There's no way this could be
what they call happily ever after.
