a nice way to remember/think of christmas. of course i usually think more of stuff-stuffed stockings (hung by the chimney with care) , tinsel on the tree with colored lights, and brightly-colored frosting to gnaw off of cutout cookies before munching on the crisp treats. yummy! :) bri thanks for sharing the experience(s) and the rhyming.
Christmas in my house is people making fun of one another, mother panicking, sister complaining, father nagging, and me trying to stay out of everyone hair, but its also filled with laughter and joy that we can be their, it may not be Christmas but its spirit remains when I read this and it comes alive, now if only we can get snow in June!
God has bestowed upon us many things for happiness, but we look at the pains. We should thank God for his kindness. Christmas is also a day to collect the jewels of happiness, to love and be loved and to pay thanks to kind Almighty creator.
Christmas truly means for love and justice to all and I love this poem and feel it more beautiful.
Not my cup o tea (I only drink coffee) , well structured, written, and maintained. But, I can't relate to it, that's probably my bias. Other than my opinion of the subject, it's flawless.
Wouldnt' it be wonderful if everyday brought as much anticipation and joy...not to mention PEACE...
The hand bells the ring. Christmas time motivates many to have a devotional celebration. With cheerful time good health we expect. God blesses us with fortune and dignity. This poem is an excellent poem very beautifully penned.10
