Wow, this is really frightening. I would love to just absorb all your knowledge Herbert. Seriously, I think so many of the 'troubles' we go through personally as well as medically are because of lack of knowledge. Hmmmmmmm. You've really got me thinking on this one. So, you're saying eat only regular foods, nothing processed?

Basically, if in doubt look back and find out what our ancestors ate. The people who die today did not live in our modern times. According to some pretty respectable scientists our life expectancey (of the people born now) has decreased to less than 60 years and is falling further. If nothing drastic happens (Nostradamus) we will face extinction within the next three generations. If you think I am kidding, NO. H

You know what is funny, i'm not a doctor but I have been telling people this for a long time. My grandfather used to eat three eggs and plenty of bacon (not this turkey stuff but honest to goodness pork bacon) , all the fatty meats you can imagine, and other things they now say are bad for you. And he lived to nice ripe old age of 93. I never believed all of the hype because I just never saw how it was possible. I see all of these older people living healthy lives eating pretty much what they want and then I look at the younger gen. being overmedicated and getting sicker. Anyway...good write Herbert! Wish more people thought about the medications they take.
