This is indeed a moving account and a caustic commentary on the shameful state of affairs with regard to female foeticide or women and girls subjected to heinous crimes like rape and murder every day. Hats off to you for such a powerful write. Thanks. They want your bodies to be their battlefield, They would make you their arms and shield, They would bake their bread on funerals.

A very sharp write the current violence situation prevailing world over, especially with regard to feoticide, rape and violence against women and children. Quite acidic. Emotional.

Simple lines and good for the society

They want to kill you in mother's wombs, They want to celebrate victory on your tombs, Life is to kill your mind and soul, but it is not death on eath. after reading that last line i was consoled.. come what may we have to fight against evill and repeat to ourselves. that is not death..... i will live and love and spread goodness here on earth..... lovely poem. tony
