Quite sad, Karunanidhy. Is this poem based on personal experience or something you have observed? ? We Americans do not appreciate how lucky we are.

A heart breaking picture of child lobour has been so nicely painted in this poem. The young girls and boys who should go to school are compelled to work in hazardous conditions to earn pittance of a living. Many thanks dear Karunanidhy for posting such intensive poem.....10

The poem presents a very sad commentary on the plight of young girls and boys who are made to work in hazardous conditions to earn pittance of a living whereas they should be going to school at this age. Where have all the statutes gone?
