Chidirim Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Chidirim

Chidirim, dim, hid, rim, him!
To sail on,
Flow, low!
Player;
Synapse, nap, pan, sap, yes, say, snap!
With something sweet out of Africa.
Works of love,
After all i am a man;
Works of peace,
After all i am woman;
Caring for nature,
After all i am a child;
Helping you to cross over!
After all i am a boy;
Managing the ways of life,
After all i am a girl;
After all these years with my theses along the muse of life.
