Chess Problem 116

This is from a real chess game between Alexander Morozevich (White) and Viktor Bologan (Black) from a Russian Team Championship in Moscow. Yesterday I had the first 27 moves of the game showing here. It was posted as Chess Problem 114 and was showing for several hours, but during the night, PH deactivated it!
Perhaps they thought the score of the game was some sort of secret code...
So here it is again without the score of the actual moves.
It is White to move.
What is his best move?

If my friend Darwin Henry ('Hank') Beuning's account were not disabled (as mine was for three months) he could probably solve this. Can anyone else?
