Cheeky Females Poem by Hannington Mumo

Cheeky Females

Pretty simple-minded girls are a funny breed.
They say that slippery boys take them for sport
While it’s them that chase the fleetings of greed;
They evade being hurt while it’s their goal to hurt.

The wise chap once hurt must ever stay alert
And dodge the inane schemes of such sly lasses;
He must be wary of the cheeky ladies who pervert
The very rare bonds of love they claim to seek.
