What else to be claimed
Nobody is to be blamed
For a broken record.
Why to go for replicas
When, getting matchless
Something unique
And original on the earth
That the most bands
Don't play
Original songs of life
Nature or its truth.
What else to be claimed
Nobody is to be blamed
For a broken record.
People and their tastes
Differ and change
Once used to go
Go for rock
And Indie gigs
Won't stick around
For music of that sort
Honesty and its truth.
What else to be claimed
Nobody is to be blamed
For a broken record.
So the concept changed
Changing the way of life
Money in commerce
And socio-political ill will
Bitterness, becoming
The music of the day
Pushing
The talent to back-seat
Facts, remain the same
Values change.
What else to be claimed
Nobody is to be blamed
For a broken record.
Even those, who loved,
Corrupt music
Won't like their kids
Visiting cultural pubs.
What else to be claimed
Nobody is to be blamed
For a broken record.
Present century
Belongs to politicians
Dancing with the devil
Selling terror trails
Pathetic scenes
Tragic lanes hate and rage
To meet their selfish ends.
