Cellphone Slave Poem by Lamar Cole

Cellphone Slave

Rating: 5.0

She felt that it was so wrong.
But she had become a slave to her cellphone.
It had become an obsessive thing.
She just sat around waiting for it to ring.
Her cellphone had so much power.
She even had to have it near when she was taking a shower.

A painful fact. The modern gadgets like cell phones have enslaved human beings and they get pride in being connected with virtual world in place of real life friends, associates or even relatives. Thanks for sharing a thought provoking theme.10 points.
