Well, it seems that you picked up the villanelle form rather quickly. Good job!

At least this cat let's you know where it is. my cat, just before it's 9th life, would silently leap up onto the bed while i was sleeping and bite my nose off I'l take caterwauling anytime over that great poem

They can't make that racket in the day, because cats are nocturnal! ;) A brand-new poem, just written on 27th March- - - I'd say you have a real winner here! I have loved the villanelle form ever since I fell in love with Sylvia Plath's Mad Girl's Love Song. A definite 10 here!

Our house animals just wrap us around their furs. We are like infantile putty in their paws. With all their faults and all their trouble, we still love them so. This is a very unique poem, enjoyable and refreshing to read, written with artistry and charitable feelings.
