Cathedral Black Poem by Kim Jones

Cathedral Black

The only right,
Is the wrong,
When you wish to save your life,
The only place to find sanctuary,
Is the place to find death,
New is the brightness,
That shines in all corners,
But yet with it,
Brings darkness even darker,
And the flight of the mockingbird,
The last chance you would have had,
Has made the only impression it knows;
The Cathedral Black will always stand.
