Cassie ....... [my Wife's Concern For My Health; My Young Poemhunter Friend (One Of Them): Not Related, Really; Personal; A Little Humor) Comments

Rating: 5.0

[[I was reading aloud but my wife said “No more”;
no more because I’d admitted my throat was sore.
She filled a tiny glass and said “Gargle with Echinacea”;
and “Stay out of cold office, ...... though the computer might please ya.”

An enjoyable poem, and some very interesting poets' notes! ! ! the style of your Title is like a traditional literary poetry GLOSS that offers a pre-reading to the readers, and that itself is self-explanatory, helping the readers to walk on a guided path...a good poem! ! !

...'once you get to know me (through my poems or messaging) you will discover i am irresistible to young and old and in-between of all sexes; even some non-humans like me a lot! '....... What wonderful claims you make of yourself Bri....! ! ....... Though most of it is pleasant fantasizing.... there is a grain of truth in it, I must admit! I enjoyed Cassy addressing you 'a silly old man'! !

dear readers, i'm wondering if my friend Cassandra, aka Cassie, could have read my mind...........'cause i think when i wrote the poem in my notebook i DID spell chassis as chassie! [now, read HER comment, below] i think my wife's computer caught the misspelling for me. it is not a word i have seen or used often...heck, i rarely have seen it and maybe never written it! ! but the word IS chassis, not chassie. OR, rather than read my mind, does she (also) misspell it in HER mind? bri :) AS FOR jay a's question (in his comment) . WELL, there is a friendship developing, as has happened with several other poemhunter friends in a wide age range. and as cassie implies in her comment, she is chatty, as i am.......(i am with someone who is pleasant and interesting and willing and anxious to converse) . maybe because she is home-schooled, she is feeling in more need of human contact? and who wants to always be in contact with a younger sister? [even though Goldheart Bird is a nice girl as well] and her/their parents both work, so there may not be much talking going on there. BESIDES, once you get to know me (through my poems or messaging) you will discover i am irresistible to young and old and in-between of all sexes; even some non-humans like me a lot! that is NOT to say, if i weren't married, i wouldn't be otherwise interested were cassie a bit older.......... like 18? :) bri

Bri, your poems are so funny, I could just tip over my chair giggling. Yes, I AM girly.But please, give me a break. You have to be so polite and smiley and everything at home, unless you (I) want my parents yelling at me. Chassis huh? I believe you had a little spelling error there. ;) Caught you! Tea sounds nice; without the sugar. Of course, it would be nice to give my respects to your little dried-up turtle. Last but not least, I will never forget to bombard you with questions. ;) Thanks Bri! A ten from me! (Naturally) And nope, there isn't; 'something going on'; I simply enjoy the company of this silly old man. Whom, by 'old', I'm saying it affectionately. Salutations!
