Very powerful poem with noble questions that must be answered! Gambling as are other vices are a blight on humanity.
It is indeed noble that you can see through the glass window the sad plight of how our narrow river is invaded by huge casinos which encourage impositions on our beautiful holy city Panjim.
Mandovi River is the part of Goa and its culture. It is being subjected to all kinds of pollution in the name of tourism and entertainment. Thanks for voicing the concerns of this lovely state and its people. Is this why our forefathers had preserved this river our land, our rivers / should belong to our future generation Is this the gift of freedom / that we have to choose to be silent
