You understand the heart of a boy, Edmund! So much so that I wonder if that boy still lives large in your writer's heart from where he fuels your imagination! Fantastic closing lines- -it is not easy to find great closures but this is dang near perfection on earth- - - - ] He could not pretend to care one bit for their sterile, wired, and carpeted world He craved the rush of a screaming storm, in the mast of a tree, within a sail of green

You really are too kind Susan. I am well aware of my good fortune and feel sorry for these new plugged in children and adults. As soon as my need to make a living ends I will cut this techno-tether. No computer. A home phone and a P.O.Box will do just fine. People may see that as moving away from life when just the opposite is true. No distractions, no noise to filter, pure nature and experience. The marrow of life that Thoreau spoke of...........HAPPY THOUGHTS- Susan Williams!
