You sing like a sweet bird
And I write like a fun nerd
Can we get together
So we can make beautiful music?

You play the piano like Schubert
And I write as good as Poet Hébert
Can we get together
So we can make beautiful sound?

Our lyrics will be divine
Like a very old wine
We can make beautiful sound
We can make beautiful songs.

Can we get together?
Can we get to know each other
So we can make beautiful music
So we can beautiful lyrics?

You are a great pianist
I am an avid artist
A poet, a dreamer
Can we get together?

You are a luscious wonder
You are a Goddess
Can we get together
After the midday mass?

You want an Oscar
I want a Pulitzer
Can we get together
So I can give you a flower?

In this world of fantasy
We will both go crazy
We will be happy forever
Can we get together?

Miracles happen
On Earth and in Heaven
You are a gorgeous wonder
Can we get together?
