I just finished taking my calcium! I take it everyday. I get it from greens, but was wondering if you know about the supplements that boast being from plant-based sources and more soluble....is it work the money? VItamin D is the best, especially in the midwest... Nice Poem!
New research keeps changind the story. First they said you need magnesium with the calcium, then vitamin D, and now vitamin k2. Just get it from natural food.
