Cadavers (Acrostic) Poem by Butch Decatoria

Cadavers (Acrostic)

Church steeple silhouette

Against Sunday's dim sky of blue.

Dithering of old bitter birds,

A Murder of ravenous crows in suits.

Volume of quiet dread

Escapes in held breaths of youths,

Rascal-red blush among the decayed.

Squirrels as silent in the belfry...
